Radiology-Diagnostic Care is one of the most crucial parts of the American Medical Center. The Radiology department provides full support to all of the medical departments present at AMC. It houses state of the art radiological equipment, allowing us to offer the best in class high-end radiology services.

Additionally, the Radiology department is integrated with the Hospital Information System for proper optimization of diagnostic and examination processes.

 

Radiology is a branch of medicine concerned with the use of radiant energy like X-rays or radioactive material in the diagnosis and treatment of disease. We provide a comprehensive range of specialized and interventional radiology for all kinds of patients.

Radiologists at the American Medical Center are certified professional and supports all the departments within AMC. Our Radiologists excel at providing expert insight on using medical imaging to answer clinical questions and guide critical decisions.Our Radiology specialists are also capable of seeing and understanding minute things through our highly advanced technologies, thanks to our advanced training and singularly focused approach.

Two primary services that we provide are –
X-Ray- The primary purpose of the Diagnostic Services is to study the anatomical structures and physiological processes of the human body by acquiring diagnostic images as well as performing therapeutic procedures.

BMD- at AMC, we’re doing the bone mineral density (BMD) test to measure the amount of bone mineral density in bone tissue. Bone density measurement is used explicitly in clinical medicine as an indirect indicator of osteoporosis and fracture risk.
